Shipping & Delivery
How long does processing take?
Processing takes 2-5 business days. During sales or peak periods, it may take longer.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
No, online orders are shipped only.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can only make changes within 2 hours of placing your order. After this, changes to products, shipping details, or cancellations cannot be made.
How are orders shipped?
Domestic orders ship via USPS with a signature required for apartments. Delivery is 2-3 business days after processing.
What happens if my package is returned?
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will incur a $25 return fee and restocking charges. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds. Eligible items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of receipt.
What items are eligible for returns/exchanges?
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days. Worn, brushed, or chemically treated products cannot be returned.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, a 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Who covers return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping method with signature confirmation.
Defective or Incorrect Products
What should I do if I receive a defective product?
Email a photo and description to contact.touchedbyAngele@gmail.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us immediately with your order details, and we’ll correct it.
Order Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once processed, store credit is the only option.
